Serenity in Action
Serenity in Action, our first very first Chi Time effort, received great recognition, too! Here is an introduction from WIVB news followed by an excerpt from the Serenity in Action DVD.

Qi Golf
East meets West on the Golf course with Qi Golf. Selected tai chi and qigong exercises that serve as warm-up exercises for play, cross training to complement golf practice, and off-season conditioning. These exercises are not guaranteed to reduce your score or add yards to your drive [but they might]. What they can do is add more years of golf to your life by minimizing joint stress. Exercise training emphasizes proper body alignment, balance, weight shift, body segment integration in trunk rotation and leg drive and extension as well an mental focus.
