Our goal is to raise awareness of the benefits of basic Tai Chi Chuan (taijiquan) and Qigong (Chi Kung) exercise for continued health and body maintenance. Real world applications of taiji, qiqong, and chi-time exercises include health maintenance for those with physical limitations such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Arthritis. Taiji and qigong exercise routines may be used for employee health and wellness, school programs, long-term health care and assisted-living residences (CAREx), sports cross training (Chi Time Golf and Chi Time Tennis).
