Chi-Time uses a variety of media to disseminate information to promote health and body maintenance through regular practice of basic, easy-to-follow exercises adapted from the ancient arts of taiji (tai chi) and qigong (chi kung).

Continuing Classes in Western NY

‘Taiji Buddies’: Adapted classes for individuals with activity and movment limitations and their support partners are taught by Penelope J. Klein, PT, EdD.
